If the urge to DO SOMETHING strikes, simply wave a finger and get us to arrange (and book) a fun filled day out (bookings are done at the backpackers)!  And if that silly urge is nothing more than window shopping, well, we're situated right in town, so life can't be easier!

Our laid-back staff are friendly - Why, we even offer breakfast and delightful dinners on request!  And hey, if you're feeling flush and want to treat yourself to a little more luxury, ask about our special backpacker rates for our guest house - Huijs te Marquette!

Inner and Outer Pool is a short walk away and offers some great hollow surfing waves on reef. You can also take a short drive to a spot called Ding Dangs which gets some good waves. If you want to make day trips, Knysna, Vic Bay, Harold's Bay and other great surfing spots are all within an hour's drive.

The accommodation is really very centrally located, yet off the main road, so it's peaceful, yet walking distance from many pubs and restaurants.

The Point has 2 great restaurants which look out right onto the surfing spots, so after your surf you can relax and have some grub, watching the surfers ripping it up.

Activities on offer through Garden Route Adventures includes - Shark Cage Diving, Skydiving, Abseiling, Sandboarding, Game Drives, Elephant Rides, Surf Lessons, Quad Biking, Day Trips to Oudtshoorn, etc. etc. etc.!

For those with a bit more budget we also have a Double En Suite room as well as a family room.

Double en-suite goes for R250 a night until the 1st of October 06 (R275 a night thereafter).
The dorm pricing will also go up to R90 p/p from the 1st of October 06.

We also have 3 spots for 2 man tents, so enquire about the camping rates if you decide on going the camping route.
