SurfEars Junior has been specially developed for younger children aged 5-12. With smaller ear pods that fit comfortably, SurfEars keeps water our while allowing sound in. The earplugs have leashes to avoid losing pods, especially with how active your children are in the water.

SurfEars Junior is made of soft and skin-safe medical-grade silicone.

The acoustic mesh is made from polyester filaments only a few microns thick and woven to a fabric finer than silk. Microscopic pores together with hydrophobically coated fibers ensure the mesh is both dust and waterproof, keeping your kid’s ears safe from the elements.

With its open structure, air and sound waves can flow freely through the mesh, providing a better hearing experience than any other earplug on the market.

With ear sizes varying from child to child, the suggested age range (4-12) should be used as a guide but isn't an exact science. If you're uncertain if your child will fi the JUNIOR you can try to measure the opening of the ear canal which should be between 6-10mm (0.24-0.4 inches). If your child's ear canal is larger, you may be better off purchasing the 'Surf Ears 2.0' earplugs (adult size).
